    【摘要】目的：研究心理护理对门诊高血压患者的用药依从率及自我效能的影响。方法：本文研究将200例门诊高血压患者作为研究主要对象，患者收治时间在2021年1月—2022年1月之间，随机分组为两组(每组100例患者)，分别采取心理护理方式、常规护理方式，分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果：观察组用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组收缩压和舒张压水平、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理对门诊高血压患者的用药依从率具有明显提高的作用，还能够改善患者的自我效能感。
