    【摘要】目的：探析将健康教育用于老年冠心病患者护理中的效果。方法：选取88例老年冠心病患者(2021年12月—2022年3月)，采用抽签法将患者分成对照组与健康教育组，各行常规护理与常规护理+健康教育，各44例，对两组依从性、健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度等进行观察。结果：健康教育组护理满意度较对照组高，差异显著(P<0.05)。健康教育组冠心病知识评分、自我保健知识评分较对照组高，差异显著(P<0.05)。健康教育组依从性较对照组高，差异显著(P<0.05)。护理后，健康教育组SDS以及SAS评分较对照组更低，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 ：将健康教育用于老年冠心病患者护理中可提升患者依从性以及健康知识掌握程度，且患者有着极高的满意度，情绪状态得到明显缓解。
