    【摘要】目的：探究药剂科在医院抗菌药物使用与感染管理中的作用及价值，继而确保医院抗菌药物的合理使用。方法：本研究需要借助回顾性方式展开，研究时段严格控制在2021年6月—2022年6月，选取我院200份病历资料展开研究。将2021年6月—2021年12月的100份病历资料纳入对照组(未进行干预)，将2022年1月—2022年6月的100份病历资料纳入观察组(由药剂科加强干预)；将抗菌药物使用情况、抗菌药物使用不合理率作为本研究中的观察和评价指标。结果：(1)與对照组相比，观察组用药费用较低，使用种类、给药天数较少，患者住院时间较短，抗菌药物使用情况较好(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比，观察组更换药品、联合用药以及药物选择不合理率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论：在医院抗菌药物使用与感染管理工作中，药剂科发挥着至关重要的作用和价值，可降低抗菌药物使用不合理率，继而降低医院感染发生率。
