    【摘要】目的：分析人文关怀应用于恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的效果。方法：随机数字表法将2021年3月—2022年3月住院期间处于恢复期的精神分裂症患者102例分为两组，对照组51例应用常规护理，观察组51例应用人文关怀护理，对比两组护理前后阴性症状量表(SANS)和阳性症状量表(SAPS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及满意度等。结果：护理后，观察组的SANS评分、SAPS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为96.08%，高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。结论：对恢复期精神分裂症患者开展人文关怀护理干预，能对患者精神状况进行有效改善，提高其日常生活能力，同时提高患者及家属满意度，改善护患关系。
