    【摘要】目的：驗证对于慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者，利用叙事护理联合风险管理的有效性，探讨叙事护理联合风险管理在慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者中的价值。方法：纳入2019年1月—2021年12月期间在我院治疗的82例感染科确诊慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者，按入院时间进行分组，将2019年1月—2020年6月期间入院的作为对照组，2020年7月—2021年12月期间入院的作为观察组，各41例。其中，对照组患者采用临床常规叙事护理模式，观察组在对照组基础上联合风险管理对慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者进行护理，对比分析两组患者在护理后的管理质量、负面心理情绪评分。结果：观察组患者的管理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组的负面心理情绪评分明显更低(P<0.05)。结论：对于慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者，叙事护理联合风险管理的护理模式能够有效降低风险事件发生率，改善负面心理情绪，提高依从性。
