    【摘要】目的：探究心电图诊断对急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床重要性。方法：选择2021年2月—2022年2月期间的50例患者进行研究。结果：典型心电图变化占比76.0%(38/50)，非典型变化占比24.0%(12/50)，随访调查后显示有4例患者死亡，统计心电图诊断显示患者的梗死发生位置，结果显示和CAG对比间差异微小(P>0.05)。本次课题研究中心电图诊断的效能：灵敏度为93.48%(43/46)，特异性为75.0%(3/4)，准确率为92.0%(46/50)。结论：心电图诊断AMI患者有着积极效果，值得推广。

    Discussion on the Clinical Importance of Electrocardiogram Diagnosis in Acute Myocardial Infarction

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical importance of ECG diagnosis in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods： 50 patients from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected for study. Results： The typical ECG changes accounted for 76.0% (38/50) and the atypical changes accounted for 24.0% (12/50).The follow-up survey showed that 4 patients died.
