    【摘要】目的：探讨以不稳定性为特征的桡骨远端骨折患者运用经掌侧与背侧入路钢板内固定方案展开治疗的效果对比情况。方法：选取以不稳定性为特征的桡骨远端骨折患者共计80例，均为我院骨科2019年6月—2021年6月期间收治，采用随机方法做分组处理，其中观察组针对所纳入的40例采取经掌侧入路钢板内固定方案展开治疗，对照组针对所纳入的40例运用经背侧入路钢板内固定方案展开治疗。结果：经对观察组骨折愈合时间进行观测，与对照组观测值比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在开展治疗工作前，经对掌倾角、尺偏角进行测量，其值无统计学差异，在开展治疗工作后，各项指标均有上升，且组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：针对临床收治的以不稳定性为特征的桡骨远端骨折的患者，运用经掌侧入路钢板内固定方案展开治疗，在骨折愈合时间、掌倾角、尺偏角变化上与经背侧入路无差异，但有更为理想的腕关节功能恢复效果，更低的并发症发生率，故作用更为突出。
