    【摘要】目的：探讨FOCUS-PDCA模式在消化内镜中心设备故障管控中的应用价值。方法：将2019年3月—2020年3月未实施FOCUS-PDCA模式的消化内镜中心主要医疗设备的故障管控作为对照组，将2020年4月—2021年4月实施FOCUSPDCA模式的消化内镜中心设备的故障管控作为观察组。比较实施前后消化内镜中心设备故障率，并评估其经济效益。结果：将FOCUS-PDCA模式实施前后的数据进行对比，在内镜中心诊疗量增长8.43%的情况下，内镜中心设备故障率从6.82%下降到了3.31%，经false检验得到(P<0.05)，改进效果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，医院节约成本38.5万元。结论：应用FOCUS-PDCA模式可以对消化内镜中心设备故障管控进行有效的管理，可以有效降低设备的故障率及支出成本。
