    【摘要】目的：分析顽固性心力衰竭患者的心内科治疗效果。方法：参照组用心内科常规治疗，研究组在心内科常规治疗基础上加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。结果：研究组LVESD为(47.34±4.07)mm低于参照组的(50.46±5.72)mm，LVEDD为(49.32±4.59)mm低于参照组的(53.47±5.06)mm，LVEF为(49.24±3.40)%高于参照组的(42.17±3.27)%，治疗总有效率为93.75%高于参照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率为15.63%和12.50%，比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论：顽固性心力衰竭患者在常规心内科治疗过程中加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗的效果显著。
