    【摘要】目的：分析对肺结核住院患者实施护理过程中全程护理服务模式的建立过程以及具体实施效果。方法：将2019年1月—2020年12月期间在我院住院治疗的肺结核患者随机抽取106例作为研究对象并进行分级研究，分组办法为数字随机法，接受常规护理的53例患者为对照组，接受全程护理服务的53例患者为研究组，对比两组治疗依从性(ARS)评分、焦虑/抑郁情绪(SAS/SDS)评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分和住院时间。结果：护理后，研究组患者ARS、SAS、SDS评分结果均明显比对照组低，SF-36明显比对照组高，且研究组患者住院时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论：对住院治疗的肺结核患者开展全程护理服务可明显改善患者负面情绪，提升患者治疗依从性，进而缩短患者住院时间，改善患者生活质量。
