    【摘要】目的：观察与分析标准化急救护理流程应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的效果。方法：选择我院2019年7月—2021年3月期间收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者88例，采用随机摸球的方法分组，对照组(44例，常规急救护理流程)，观察组(44例，标准化急救护理流程)，对比分析两组急救护理时间与不良事件发生率。结果：与对照组相比，观察组静脉开通时间、确诊时间、入院溶栓治疗时间、CT检查时间明显更短(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为11.36%明显低于对照组的29.55%(P<0.05)。结论：采用标准化急救护理流程，能够有效缩短患者的急救护理时间，还可将不良事件发生率降低，应用价值高，值得临床推广。
