    【摘要】目的：探討个性化综合饮食护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法：研究对象120例为2型糖尿病患者，入院后以电脑随机法分为A组(n=60)和B组(n=60)，分别给予常规护理及个性化综合饮食护理干预，并于2019年12月—2021年12月期间进行组间对照研究。结果：干预后，B组患者FPG、2hPBG及HbAlc指标水平分别为(5.10±0.47)mmol/L、(6.29±0.19)mmol/L及(5.11±0.49)%，A组分别为(6.53±0.54)mmol/L、(7.38±0.38)mmol/L及(5.72±0.59)%，B组三项血糖指标水平均较A组更低，对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组生活质量表中躯体功能、生理功能、心理功能及社会功能评分分别为(22.11±2.18)分、(22.27±2.10)分、(22.85±1.07)分及(22.98±1.22)分，A组分别为(19.15±2.14)分、(19.12±2.06)分、(20.06±1.43)分及(19.86±1.54)分，B组生活质量评分均较A组更高，对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组护理满意度为96.67%较A组的76.67%更高，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对2型糖尿病患者开展个性化综合饮食护理干预，可助患者纠正饮食错误行为，进而稳定血糖水平，并能促进患者生活质量的改善与提升。
