    【摘要】宫腔粘连(IUA)具有复发率高，妊娠率低的特点，笔者在西医治疗的各个阶段中，常配合以中医药治疗，充分发挥中医特色，提高临床疗效。本文通过一特殊案例，以湿热瘀阻立论，采用清热利湿，活血化瘀法成功改善一宫腔粘连合并胎骨残留的妊娠结局。
