    【摘要】目的：通过对比分析乳腺肿瘤患者的乳腺超声检查诊断情况与病理检查诊断情况，探究乳腺超声检查诊断乳腺肿瘤的特异度及准确率。方法：本研究的样本纳入时间为2021年12月—2022年12月，样本对象为上述期间内在我院接受临床诊断检查的乳腺肿瘤患者，样本总量为50例，所有患者均需接受乳腺超声检查诊断与临床病理诊断，对比分析乳腺超声检查诊断的特异度，准确率以及灵敏度等情况。结果：接受乳腺超声检查诊断时特异度为95.83%、灵敏度为92.30%、准确度为94.00%。结论：乳腺超声检查诊断乳腺肿瘤的特异度及准确率相对较高，可作为乳腺肿瘤患者临床诊断的参考，具有确切的临床应用价值。
