    【摘要】目的：分析系统性心理干预在骨折护理中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的200例骨折患者，随机将其分为两组。常规护理实施于对照组患者中，而系统性心理干预实施于观察组患者中。结果：护理前，两组的焦虑评分、遵医行为评分、抑郁评分和疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的焦虑评分、遵医行为评分、抑郁评分和疼痛评分均明显改善(P0.05)，护理后，两组的独立性领域、生理领域、社会关系、心理领域、精神支柱、环境领域评分和总生活质量评分均明显升高(P0.05).
