    【摘要】目的：探讨在肺结核患者的诊断中采取CT检查联合X线检查的应用价值以及辅助诊疗作用。方法：选取2021年6月—2022年6月我院收治的229例肺结核患者，所有患者均经手术治疗，以手术病理检查作为诊断标准，术前先后进行X线检查、CT检查与联合检查，分析检查结果。结果：在整体检出率方面，CT检查较X线高，联合检查较单一X线或CT检查高(P<0.05)；在病灶类型检出率方面，CT检查较X线高，联合检查较单一X线或CT检查高(P<0.05)；在发病部位检出率方面，CT检查较X线高，联合检查较单一X线或CT检查高(P<0.05)。结论：在肺结核患者的诊断中采用X线与CT检查均具有良好的诊断符合率，但单一X线或CT检查存在一定的漏诊或误诊情况，联合采用X线与CT检查可提升检出率并观察到病变部位，可有效辅助医生对病情做出判断并制定诊疗计划，建议推广并临床广泛应用。
