    【摘要】目的：探讨在急性前庭神经炎治疗中采取前庭康复治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2022年11月我院收治的53例急性前庭神经炎患者，随机数字表法分成对照组(n=26，单纯给予药物治疗)与研究组(n=27，药物治疗的同时开展前庭康复治疗)，对比总疗效、前庭症状评分、生活质量评分、平衡及眩晕症状评分。结果：研究组与同期对照组相比，总有效率较高(P<0.05)；研究组与同期对照组相比，VSI评分较低(P<0.05)；研究组与同期对照组相比，WHOQOLBREF评分较高(P<0.05)；研究组与同期对照组相比，BBS评分较高，DHI评分较低(P<0.05)。结论：在急性前庭神经炎治疗中采取前庭康复治疗可改善其眩晕症状，提高生活质量，建议推广应用。
