    【摘要】目的：观察米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2020年3月—2021年9月本院68例妇产科疾病患者，随机分为对照组(常规疗法)与观察组(米非司酮治疗)，对比治疗效果。结果：治疗总有效率方面，观察组(94.12%)比对照组(73.53%)高(P<0.05)；不良反应发生率方面，观察组(5.88%)较对照组(23.53%)低(P<0.05)。观察组比对照组生活质量评分高(P<0.05)。结论：米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中应用价值较高，不仅可以及早减轻患者临床症状，恢复月经，而且具有较高的安全性，可尽量避免不良反应的发生，值得临床采纳、推广。

    Clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
