    【摘要】目的：对比分析尼莫地平与氟桂利嗪治疗偏头疼的临床效果。方法：选择2019年5月-2022年3月我院收治的89例偏头疼患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，对照组44例患者应用尼莫地平治疗，研究组45例患者应用氟桂利嗪治疗，对比治疗效果、临床指标、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)结果与不良反应发生率。结果：两组治疗总有效率对比，无明显差异(P>0.05)；治疗后研究组头痛持续时间短于对照组，头痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后研究组MCAVs、MFV低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率对比，无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：尼莫地平与氟桂利嗪对于偏头疼的治疗均有一定的效果，安全性较高，但是氟桂利嗪的应用效果更好，可有效改善患者的临床症状。
