    【摘要】目的：探究二甲双胍+吡格列酮对糖尿病患者治疗效果及不良反应。方法：2 型糖尿病患者取样90例，分组方式取顺序编码法，45例/组，于2020年6月—2022年6月给予联合组二甲双胍+吡格列酮治疗，给予对照组二甲双胍治疗，对比不良反应率、血糖、血脂指标和总有效率。结果：治疗后，联合组不良反应率6.67%，与对照组11.11%相近(P>0.05)。联合组血脂指标优于对照组，HbA1c(6.68±0.55)%，2hPG(8.15±1.40)mmol/L，FPG(6.75±1.14)mmol/L，比对照组(7.42±0.60)%、(9.65±1.37)mmol/L、(8.05±1.16)mmol/L低，总有效率95.56%，比對照组80.00%高(P<0.05)。结论：糖尿病患者治疗中联合应用吡格列酮与二甲双胍不易引起不良反应，安全性较高，且具有确切疗效，可显著改善患者血脂、血糖指标。
