    【摘要】目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年6我院的70例支气管哮喘患儿，随机分成两组。对照组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇，观察组联用孟鲁司特钠。结果：治疗前，两组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和CD8+水平无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组均明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的第一秒用力呼气容积、最大呼气流速、第一秒用力呼气量占机体所有呼气量的比值和用力肺活量无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸沙丁胺醇对小儿支气管哮喘有满意的效果。
