    【摘要】目的：探讨对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中医传统疗法联合康复理疗的应用价值。方法：选取2021年5月—2022年5月我院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机数字表法分成对照组(n=30，常规康复理疗)与研究组(n=30，中医传统疗法联合康复理疗)，对比治疗有效率、腰椎功能评分及疼痛评分。结果：研究组与同期对照组相比，治疗总有效率较高，JOA量表评分较高，VAS评分较低(P<0.05)。结论：对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中医传统疗法联合康复理疗可缓解疼痛感，改善腰椎功能，建议应用。
