    【摘要】目的：探讨穴位按摩联合手法淋巴引流在产后乳房重度胀痛中的应用。方法：160例产后乳房重度胀痛患者作为研究对象，根据1：1随机数字表法把患者分为对照组与观察组各80例。对照组给予热敷10分钟后穴位按摩护理，观察组在对照组穴位按摩护理的基础上给予手法淋巴引流。两组护理观察时间为6 d，比较两组患者的应用效果。结果：观察组护理第2d、4d、6d的泌乳量充足率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的乳房肿胀程度与乳腺疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位按摩联合手法淋巴引流在产后乳房重度胀痛患者中的应用能缓解乳房肿胀程度与乳腺疼痛程度，也可有效提高泌乳量充足率。
