    【摘要】目的：研究复方丹参滴丸与芪参益气滴丸在冠心病临床中的治疗效果。方法：选择2021年5月—2022年5月我院收治的78例冠心病患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组39例。对照组采用芪参益气滴丸治疗，研究组应用复方丹参滴丸治疗，对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能能指标、生活质量评分。结果：研究组治疗总有效率高于對照组；治疗后研究组的 FS、 LVEF 更高，LVESV、LVEDV、LVDs、LVDd更低；研究组生活质量评分高于对照组，数据对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病患者应用复方丹参滴丸治疗，效果更理想，可以帮助患者改善临床症状，提高生活质量。
