    【摘要】目的：觀察糖尿病周围神经病变采用中药熏洗联合甲钴胺片进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2020年2月——2022年2月我院糖尿病周围神经病变患者70例，按照随机数字表法分为甲钴胺片治疗的对照组(35例)与联合中药熏洗的观察组(35例)，观察临床症状、神经传导速度。结果：治疗前两组患者的乏力、疼痛、麻木评分差异不明显(P>0.05)，治疗后两组患者的乏力、疼痛、麻木评分均降低，且治疗后，观察组各评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)；治疗前两组患者的腓总神经、右下肢腓总神经、胫神经、胫神经评分组间差异不明显(P>0.05)，治疗后两组患者评分均升高，并且治疗后，观察组各指标高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗前两组患者的神经病变评分组间差异不明显(P>0.05)，治疗后，观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：糖尿病周围神经病变经中药熏洗+甲钴胺片治疗之后，临床效果显著，能减轻临床症状，提升神经传导速度，促进神经病变的改善，值得借鉴。
