    【摘要】目的：本研究在我院所收治的老年風湿病患者中应用不同的治疗方案，深入观察探讨中西医结合治疗老年风湿病的疗效。方法：本研究开始于2021年10月，结束于2022年10月，选择上述研究区间在我院接受治疗的老年风湿病患者30例作为研究样本对象，其中15例患者应用常规的西医治疗方案，为对照组，15例患者应用中西医结合治疗，为观察组。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：分析发现，接受中西医结合治疗的老年患者具有更为优良的治疗效果，患者的生活质量在质量后得到显著提升。提升幅度显著大于对照组患者，并且观察组患者的疾病复发率相对较低。两组患者间的各项数据指标差异性显著，(P<0.05)。结论：本研究数据显示，在老年风湿病患者的临床治疗中应用中西医结合方案具有较好的应用效果，可进一步提高患者的临床治疗有效率，促进患者生活质量水平的提高，有利于预后生活质量提升，并且在一定程度上可降低疾病复发率，在临床中安全性与有效性较高。
