    【摘要】目的：探讨小剂量麻黄碱对门诊无痛胃镜检查麻醉中循环功能的影响。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年10月在本院接受无痛胃镜检查的患者为研究对象，共50例。按照患者在检查时的麻醉方法分成两组，其中对照组(n=25)采用环泊酚全身麻醉，观察组在对照组基础上予以患者0.18mg/kg剂量麻黄碱麻醉。对比两组患者在各时间节点循环功能的变化、患者麻醉满意度及不良反应。结果：麻醉前，两组患者收缩压、舒张压与心率对比差异不显著(P>0.05)；麻醉3min、麻醉5min时，观察组收缩压、舒张压与心率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在无痛胃镜检查的麻醉中应用小剂量麻黄碱可提升麻醉质量，减少对患者循坏功能的不良影响，获得更满意的镇痛与镇静效果，同时具有较高的安全性，值得推广。
