    【摘要】目的：評估糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理对病情的干预作用及满意度。方法：选择我院进行临床治疗的糖尿病合并冠心病患者，控制其数量是86例，患者所前往医院的时间段选择2020年3月—2021年3月，以随机数字表法为分组方案，两组均43例，常规护理纳入到对照组之中，多样性护理的患者视为观察组，就组间情况加以对比分析。结果：(1)糖尿病基础之上联合发生冠心病患者护理前血糖相关指标未可见明显的组间差异性，期间差异性水平较低(P>0.05)。观察组的糖尿病基础之上联合发生冠心病患者护理后空腹状态下血糖、用餐2h状态下血糖、糖化血红蛋白检测参数较之于对照组得以下降，能够明显发现组间具有显著的差异性水平(P0.05).
