    【摘要】目的：分析血脂检验在老年糖尿病患者临床诊断中的价值及准确性。方法：时间2020年7月—2022年7月，选取老年糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象，将其纳入实践组，对其相关临床资料进行回顾性分析；选取同一时间内健康体检者80例作為研究对象，将其纳入参照组，并对其相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。两组研究对象均进行血脂检验检查，分析两组检查后的血脂指标含量与血脂异常率。结果：经过检查后，实践组患者的总胆固醇含量、甘油三酯含量与低密度脂蛋白含量高于参照组健康体检者，高密度脂蛋白含量低于参照组健康体检者(P<0.05)；实践组患者的血脂异常率高于参照组健康体检者(P<0.05)。结论：将血脂检验运用在老年糖尿病患者临床诊断服务中，可有效了解患者血脂情况，提高检查结果的准确性，为日后诊治服务提供参考依据，值得借鉴。
