    【摘要】目的：探讨长期发热的诊疗分析。方法：回顾性分析4例长期发热诊治过程。结果：长期发热诊疗思路的局限，诊疗存在的共性问题。结论：长期发热常是临床诊断的难点，容易误诊误治。了解儿童长期发热主要病因，可针对性地进行临床排查和确诊。

    【Abstract】Objective：Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of long-term fever.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of4 cases of long-term fever.Results：The limitations of long-term fever diagnosis and treatment，and the common problems in diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion：Long term fever is often the difficulty of clinical diagnosis，which is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated.To understand the main causes of childrens long-term fever，and conduct targeted clinical screening and diagnosis.
