    【摘要】目的：观察在胸腰椎压缩骨折诊断中予以多层螺旋CT诊断的诊断价值。方法：观察对象选择于2021年12月—2022年12月就诊于我院的95例胸腰椎压缩骨折患者，均予以多层螺旋CT诊断和DR诊断，对诊断效果进行对比和观察。结果：与DR诊断(83.16%)相比，多层螺旋CT诊断准确率(98.95%)明显较高(P0.05)。结论：在胸腰椎压缩骨折诊断中予以多层螺旋CT诊断价值较高，建议推广。
