    【摘要】目的：分析对2型糖尿病患者予以实时胰岛素泵治疗对血管内皮功能和氧化应激反应的影响。方法：分析对象选择于2020年8月—2022年8月就诊于我院的2型糖尿病患者58例，随机方法分组分析，29例予以实时胰岛素泵治疗者纳入试验组，29例予以皮下注射胰岛素治疗者纳入对照组，对治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果：与对照组患者比较，试验组治疗效果明显较佳(P<0.05)；与对照组患者比较，治疗后试验组血糖水平(睡前、空腹、餐后2h血糖)明显较佳(P<0.05)；与对照组患者比较，治疗后试验组血管内皮功能、氧化应激反应各项指标均明顯较佳(P<0.05)。结论：对2型糖尿病患者予以实时胰岛素泵治疗效果突出，可使血管内皮功能和氧化应激反应改善，利于血糖控制，建议推广。
