    【摘要】目的：探究老年胃穿孔患者接受腹腔镜下微创手术的治疗效果及生活质量变化情况。方法：将本院在2019年5月—2020年6月期间收治的老年胃穿孔患者作为研究对象，以单双号分组的方式将80例患者平均分入两组，对40例常规组患者施以常规开腹手术治疗，另对40例微创组患者施以腹腔镜下微创手术治疗，针对两组治疗效果展开分析与研究。结果：微创组手术后1d、手术后3d胃泌素含量、生活质量评分结果均高于常规组(P<0.05)；手术相关指标、并发症发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：通过采用腹腔镜下微创手术治疗方法，能够对老年胃穿孔患者临床诊治效果进一步提升，该方法能够有效缩短手术时间，且并发症较少，安全性高，对促进患者生活质量改善具有重要意义。
