    【摘要】目的：選取我院在研究期间所收治的周围性面神经麻痹患者作为研究样本对象，通过探讨常规高压氧治疗与面神经功能训练结合高压氧治疗在患者临床治疗中的效果对比，深入剖析面神经功能训练结合高压氧治疗周围性面神经麻痹临的临床疗效与应用价值。方法：本研究的研究时间为2021年1月—2022年10月，选取研究期间我院所收治的200例周围性面神经麻痹患者，其中100例周围性面神经麻痹患者应用常规高压氧治疗方案(为对照组)，另外100例周围性面神经麻痹患者应用面神经功能训练结合高压氧治疗(为观察组)，比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果：通过对比分析可知，应用面神经功能训练结合高压氧治疗的观察组患者具有较高的临床治疗有效率，与对照组患者形成显著差异，(P<0.05)。结论：本研究直观显示面神经功能训练结合高压氧治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床疗效显著，可有效提升患者的临床治疗效果，促进患者的康复水平提升，具有较为确切的临床应用价值与推广意义。
