    【摘要】目的：分析在心律失常临床诊断中24h动态心电图的诊断价值。方法：分析对象选择于2022年2月—2023年2月就诊于我院的心律失常患者70例，均予以常规心电图诊断和24h动态心电图诊断，对两种诊断方法的诊断效果进行对比和分析。结果：与常规心电图诊断对比，24h动态心电图诊断检出心律失常概率更高(P<0.05)；与常规心电图诊断对比，24h动态心电图诊断对心律失常各种类型检出率也更高(P<0.05)。结论：在心律失常临床诊断中24h动态心电图诊断具有较高诊断价值，可促进检出率提升的同时，可明确疾病类型，为临床诊疗提供更为可靠的依据，建议推广。
