    【摘要】目的：分析在社区老年骨质疏松症患者实施骨化三醇联合钙尔奇方案的治疗效果以及安全性。方法：选取我院于2018年1月—2021年12月期间收治的80例老年骨质疏松症患者，随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组行钙尔奇治疗，观察组行骨化三醇联合钙尔奇D治疗，对比两组治疗效果，骨骼密度、疼痛及不良反应。结果：治疗结果显示，治疗效果观察组高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在治疗后4周、12周、24周及48周，观察组的骨密度高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年社区骨质疏松症实施骨化三醇联合钙尔奇D方案治疗效果良好，可显著提升患者的骨骼密度，缓解疼痛，而且安全性较高，具有重要应用价值。
