    【摘要】目的：探讨在老年患者手术治疗中以盐酸戊乙奎醚与瑞芬太尼作为麻醉药物，对其疼痛感的影响。方法：试验者是2021年1月—2022年12月在医院行手术治疗的老年患者100例，以随机信封法均分两组，将50例接受阿托品+瑞芬太尼麻醉者设为对照组，另一组设为观察组，数量共有50例，麻醉药物为盐酸戊乙奎醚+瑞芬太尼，比对在运用不同麻醉药物后临床指标及不良反应各项指标间差异。结果：观察组心率与收缩压水平高于对照组，观察组舒张压与疼痛度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以阿托品与盐酸戊乙奎醚联合瑞芬太尼作为手术麻醉药物，均能够得到一定麻醉效果，但相较于阿托品，以盐酸戊乙奎醚进行麻醉虽然会对患者心率造成影响，但具有不良反应低、麻醉安全性高等优势，可作为老年手术患者首选麻醉药物，值得推广。
