    【摘要】目的：观察在无痛胃镜检查中应用右美托咪定的麻醉效果及对患者麻醉起效时间和苏醒时间以及不良反应情况的影响。方法：观察对象选自于2021年12月—2022年12月在我院接受无痛胃镜检查的320例患者，随机方法分组观察，丙泊酚麻醉的160例患者纳入对照组，右美托咪定麻醉的160例患者纳入试验组，对麻醉效果进行对比和观察。结果：不良反应情况，与对照组患者(26.88%)比较，试验组患者(6.25%)更佳(P<0.05)；麻醉效果(麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、检查时间、疼痛评分)，与对照组患者比较，试验组患者(4.16±0.51)min、(9.58±0.78)min、(8.78±1.32)min、(1.12±0.62)分更佳(P<0.05)；生命體征情况(心率、血压)，检查前两组比较(P>0.05)；与对照组患者比较，试验组患者检查中更佳(P<0.05)。结论：在无痛胃镜检查中应用右美托咪定可获得较好的麻醉效果，可减少不良反应，可缩短麻醉起效和苏醒时间，可保证生命体征平稳，建议推广。
