    【摘要】目的：分析对肝硬化腹水患者予以四君子汤合五苓散治疗的价值。方法：分析对象选择于2020年12月—2022年12月就诊于我院的肝硬化腹水患者53例，随机方法分组分析，27例予以四君子汤合五苓散治疗的患者纳入试验组，26例予以西药治疗者纳入对照组，对比和分析治疗效果。结果：与对照组比较，试验组患者治疗有效率明显较高(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，试验组患者治疗后肝功能(ALB、TBIL、AST、ALT)明显更佳(P<0.05)；与对照组比较，试验组患者治疗后24h尿量、腹围、体重均明显更佳(P<0.05)。结论：对肝硬化腹水患者予以四君子汤合五苓散治疗效果突出，可使肝功能、尿量、腹围、体重有效改善，建议推广。
