    【摘要】目的：分析桂枝茯苓湯联合血府逐瘀汤加减疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法：选取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的90例慢性盆腔炎患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组单用桂枝茯苓汤，观察组联用血府逐瘀汤加减疗法。结果：治疗前，两组的PT、TT、FIB和PAR无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的PT、TT、FIB和PAR均明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组的PT、TT、FIB和PAR明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗前，两组的腰骶胀痛、带下异常(包括色黄、气臭、量多)、下腹疼痛症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，治疗后，两组的腰骶胀痛、带下异常(包括色黄、气臭、量多)、下腹疼痛症状评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的腰骶胀痛、带下异常(包括色黄、气臭、量多)、下腹疼痛症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：桂枝茯苓汤联合血府逐瘀汤加减疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者显著的疗效。
