    【摘要】目的：探讨在冠心病伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者治疗中联用中西医疗法，对患者症状的改善价值。方法：试验对象是2021年1月—2022年12月在医院治疗的冠心病伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者70例，以数字奇偶法均分两组，治疗方案为常规西医疗法与中西医结合疗法，比对不同治疗模式下各项治疗指标间差异。结果：观察组总疗效率比对照组高(P<0.05)；觀察组焦虑抑郁情绪得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以中西医结合疗法治疗，既能够有效改善患者临床症状，增强治疗效果的同时，还能起到改善其不良情绪作用，临床借鉴价值较高，适宜推广。

    Analysis of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression disorder

    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the improvement value of Chinese and western medicine combined with anxiety and depression in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 70 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression disorder treated in hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by digital parity method. The treatment plan was conventional western medicine therapy and integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy. The differences of various treatment indexes under different treatment modes were compared. Results： The total curative effect rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05)； The score of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).
