    【摘要】目的：探讨在胃癌根治术患者的护理中实施中医护理的临床效果，观察对患者术后胃肠功能及不良情绪的影响。方法：选取2021年9月—2022年9月我院收治的80例行胃癌根治术患者，随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=40，常规护理)与研究组(n=40，中医护理)，对比胃肠功能改善时间、负性情绪评分及中医症状积分。结果：研究组与同期对照组相比，胃肠功能改善时间较短(P<0.05)；研究组与同期对照组相比，SAS、SDS评分均较低(P<0.05)；研究组与同期对照组相比，中医证候积分较低(P<0.05)。结论：对胃癌根治术患者采取中医护理可缓解其临床症状，减轻负面情绪，加快胃肠功能的恢复，建议推广并临床广泛应用。
