    【摘要】目的：研究分析锡类散涂擦治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的护理干预效果。方法：选取我院在2019年8月—2021年10月期间收治的80例小儿疱疹性口腔炎患儿作为研究对象，将患儿按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采取锡类散涂擦治疗，观察组在此基础上加用护理干预。比较两组的疗效。结果：两组的临床疗效比较，观察组总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05)；观察组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)；二组不良反应对比，数据无差异性(P>0.05)；两组患儿症状积分在干预前不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，观察组患儿的充血、疼痛评分改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿疱疹性口腔炎的治疗中，与单纯药物治疗相比较，采取护理干预能够提升疗效，促进患儿恢复。
