    【摘要】目的：分析延续性护理服务对脑性瘫痪患儿康复效果的影响。方法：选取我院2020年7月—2022年7月的72例脑性瘫痪患儿，随机将其分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取延续性护理服务。结果：护理前，两组的爬和跪、坐、躺和翻身、站、走跑和跳评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的爬和跪、坐、躺和翻身、站、走跑和跳评分均明显升高(P<0.05)，且观察组的爬和跪、坐、躺和翻身、站、走跑和跳评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；护理前，两组的MDI评分、ADL评分和PDI评分无明显差异(P>0.05)，护理后，两组的MDI评分、ADL评分和PDI评分均明显改善(P<0.05)，且观察组的MDI评分、ADL评分和PDI评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：延续性护理服务能明显改善脑性瘫痪患儿的康复效果。
