    【摘要】目的：探究急诊孕产妇接诊急救工作中程序化护理管理应用价值。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年9月本院急诊科收治的96例孕产妇进行临床资料回顾性分析，以接诊急救工作护理管理模式分48例常规护理(常规组)，48例程序化护理管理(程序组)，统计分析两组接诊急救工作效果。结果：程序组接诊时间、急救时间、住院时间，短于常规组(P<0.05)，救治优良率、5min Apgar评分、护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)，焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、躯体化评分与不良事件发生率，低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：程序化护理管理应用价值较高，不仅利于急救效率、救治优良率、护理满意度提高，也利于孕产妇心理状态改善与母婴不良事件发生率减低，值得推广使用。
