    【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺癌患者手术室护理中选用优质护理服务的价值。方法：纳入60例乳腺癌手术治疗患者研究(2018年1月—2020年12月)，按1：1比例分为对照组(n=30，选用常规护理)、观察组(n=30，选用优质护理服务)，统计两组护理效果、并发症率、护理满意度。结果：(1)护理效果：观察组SDS评分(41.62±3.46)分、SAS评分(45.25±3.11)分、舒张压(76.52±7.82)mmHg、心率(63.78±5.15)次/分低于对照组，组间对比P<0.05。(2)并发症率：观察组(10.00%)低于对照组(33.33%)，组间对比P<0.05。结论：优质护理服务在乳腺癌手术室护理中效果确切，可改善其生存质量及心理状态，亦可稳定围术期生命体征，值得借鉴。
