    【摘要】目的：探讨在脑外伤护理中应用康复护理，对护理质量的影响。方法：试验者是2022年1月—2023年1月在医院治疗的脑外伤患者76例，以入院时间均分为对照组与观察组，护理方案为常规护理与康复护理，比对护理有效性。结果：观察组不良情绪、神经功能、自理能力、运动功能以及满意度指标优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以康复护理进行干预，可使得患者所存在不良情绪得到改善，进一步改善其神经功能及运动功能，同时还能起到提升患者自理能力、满意度及生活质量的作用，借鉴价值较高，值得推广。
