    【摘要】目的：探讨加强术中护理配合对于断指再植手术治疗恢复效果的影响。方法：选取2020年4月—2022年8月期间于我院接受断指再植手术治疗的68例患者为研究对象，分为观察组(优质护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预)各34例，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度(97.06%>76.47%，x2=4.610)、手指功能恢复优良率(94.12%>73.53%，x2=5.314)高于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患者在护理后的疼痛VAS评分[(1.87±0.54)分<(2.92±0.73)分，t=6.743]、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(37.28±3.92)分<(45.73±4.08)分，t=8.708]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在断指再植手术治疗期间，加强术中护理配合，给予患者优质的护理服务，可以有效保障手术安全、顺利完成，获得良好的手术治疗效果，促进手指功能的良好恢复。
