    【摘要】目的：研究預见性护理对甲状腺癌根治术后并发症及患者满意度的影响。方法：选取本院外科于2021年1月—2022年7月收治的甲状腺癌根治术患者60例，随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)，对照组甲状腺癌根治术患者采用常规护理，观察组甲状腺癌根治术患者采用预见性护理，对比两组甲状腺癌根治术患者的患者护理满意度、住院相关指标、疼痛及睡眠质量评分、术后并发症情况。结果：预见性护理下甲状腺癌根治术患者总满意度高于常规护理，对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。预见性护理下甲状腺癌根治术患者住院时间、住院费用低于常规护理，对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。预见性护理下甲状腺癌根治术患者VAS疼痛评分、PSQI量表评分低于常规护理，对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。预见性护理下甲状腺癌根治术患者切口感染、神经损伤、低钙血症总发生率低于常规护理，对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：预见性护理对甲状腺癌根治术后并发症及患者满意度具有积极影响，因此预见性护理更具推广价值。
