    【摘要】目的：对个性化心理护理在血液透析护理效果中的应用效果进行观察。方法：研究时间为2021年8月—2023年1月之间，研究对象是收集的120例血液透析患者，将其分为常规护理的对照组以及个性化心理护理联合常规护理的观察组，每组60例。结果：护理后对照组SAS和SDS评分均明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的BUN、SCr水平均更低(P<0.05)。结论：个性化心理护理在血液透析护理效果中的应用效果显著，可改善患者的不良情绪，增加护理满意度，改善肾功能指标，具备推广意义。

    【Abstract】Objective： To observe the application effect of personalized psychological nursing in hemodialysis nursing. Methods： The study period was from August 2021 to January 2023.
